Anyone who has already had practical experience with coaching Agile teams and companies, e.g., Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Organization Development experts
How is the workshop organized?
We offer our Agile coaching workshop both in-house and publicly. Both variants are based on the same cornerstones:
Regular meetings with Senior Agile coaching experts (usually between 4-6 meetings à 3 hours in half a year)
Combination of onsite learning & online learning via Zoom and Miro
Self-organized intersession work between the meetings to foster transfer and learning
Short questionnaire about the background and special needs of the attendees before the workshop starts
Interactive design and continuous improvement of the workshop program
Documentation of all essential inputs and session outcomes on a shared Miro board
Hosted by Senior Agile coaching expert Sigi Kaltenecker
Group size: between 7 and 12 people (stable number of participants for the whole meeting series, i.e., no hop-on, hop-off possible)
Cost: € 500,- excl. VAT for one participant and one meeting (i.e., total cost depends on the group size and the number of sessions we agree on)

What it's about:
The topics of a group coaching session depend on the respective work situation. Usually they are collected together at the beginning of a meeting, prioritized and worked on with the help of different methods.
