Did Siegfried Kaltenecker and Sabine Eybl only make us more agile through good coaching? Or did they take all the work out of our hands along the way? Of course not. But a lot of targeted finger-pointing and highlighting of the most important features of agility and self-organization have enabled us to come together as a new large team and to give ourselves a new work system. This has enabled us to better overlook, prioritise and work through the multitude of very different tasks that our department has.
