Did Siegfried Kaltenecker and Sabine Eybl only make us more agile through good coaching? Or did they take all the work out of our hands along the way? Of course not. But a lot of targeted finger-pointing and highlighting of the most important features of agility and self-organization have enabled us to come together as a new large team and to give ourselves a new work system. This has enabled us to better overlook, prioritise and work through the multitude of very different tasks that our department has. But our journey continues and we were also methodically well prepared and "empowered" for this by Sigi and Sabine. What I particularly appreciated in our collaboration was the direct and open communication, the quick answers to questions and the resonating assurance that agile transformation is work, but not rocket science

Mrs. Magª. Eybl has been accompanying us for 1 year in our - due to a merger additionally challenging - development process towards the greatest possible self-organisation. Through her empathic personality, coupled with profound knowledge, she very quickly found access to all participants in our very heterogeneous group and got everyone on board. She defused the additional complexity of not being able to work in presence in times of Corona with distance moderation and showed us the resulting possibilities. It's no accident that we hired her: We earned her!

Siegfried Kaltenecker has been looking after us at willhaben perfectly for years. Being a native English speaker, it was important for me to find a coach who was able to understand and express himself easily and clearly to me. I chose Sigi from a number of other coaches because he encouraged a sense of ease and familiarity from the very first session and already expressed a solid understanding and relevant suggestions of how he could assist.

All of our sessions felt like I was chatting to a friend who also happened to be a professional coach. Over the course of our sessions, it became obvious that Sigi has great experience especially in a range of behavioural dynamics, from his ability to provide appropriate advice from the brief descriptions presented. Working with Sigi Kaltenecker is characterized by a rare combination of professionalism, great competence and a good dose of humor. The relaxed atmosphere, in which work is done in a concentrated and focused manner, is always very inspiring and exemplifies that hard work and having fun are not contradictory. Training, internal workshops and the personal coaching by Sigi were highlights of my last two years of work.

I particularly appreciated the structured approach of Klaus and Sigi - they know what they are doing. During the introduction of Kanban, we were accompanied by them very systematically to a result, which in the end is the result we worked out and not forced or advised.
I also wouldn't have wanted to miss the continuing support: through the on-site consulting on methodology, preparation and execution of retrospectives as well as operation review meetings, we were given a useful tool set. In addition, the "remote" support offered helped us to navigate the pitfalls of the first Kanban half-year in an uncomplicated manner.
For me personally, another big plus was that in addition to the actual Kanban support, I also received regular feedback on my own leadership situation. It fits.

As Managing Director, what I value most about LOOP is the consistent implementation of an integrative approach. The collaboration, which has now lasted several years, has significantly supported the development of the individual personalities of our core teams "Technology", "Support" and "Sales" as well as sharpened clarity and structures for the strategic orientation of the entire company - including the overarching cooperation with one of our most important customers. I find it particularly worth mentioning that the project manager as well as the individual consultants and trainers also consistently take responsibility for the practical success of improvements and thus effectively support me in my practical day-to-day management.

The value of the coaching for me was to talk openly about one's own issues. Through the different framework, the questions and some valuable hints from the coach, one comes up with new perspectives and discovers unexpected alternative courses of action. To do this, above all, you have to allow yourself to talk about your own failings, discover thought prisons and make these the starting point for profound changes.

Siegfried Kaltenecker has the ability not only to open up spaces for thinking for oneself, but also to structure them clearly. This ability is underpinned by a high understanding of complexity and translated into often amazingly simple methodological suggestions. We also appreciate his humanity and sense of humour, which often garnishes his suggestions with wordplay.
All of this ensures efficiency and a high quality of results, both in individual consultations and in our tripple constellation. The worries of everyday life lose their heaviness and make room for new ideas, the practical implementation of which is then virtually burning.

In our retreat with Dr. Kaltenecker and Mrs. Magª.Eybl, their professional approach succeeded in bringing a new spirit into our team and thus achieving better cooperation in daily business. Bilateral discussions with the team members before the retreat and constant adaptation of the trainers to the situation during the retreat were particularly effective. The two trainers showed a great sense for the respective mood in the group and reacted promptly to it, so that the event was a real success.

The teambuilding designed by Sigi Kaltenecker left very positive impressions throughout and, above all had a lasting effect. After all, it's not just about whether a seminar day fits, but about bringing about noticeable change in everyday work. After the teambuilding I see much more clarity, commitment and above all trust. Sigi Kaltenecker's agile, yet precise and above all critically differentiated approach made a significant contribution to this. A team member said to me two weeks later: "Before, we were a bunch of individuals, now you can feel every day that we work together.

Pulling loops in order not to remain in a situation, but to move on. Few, very compactly designed coaching units have supported me in gaining distance, taking on new perspectives and thus perceiving situations in their diversity again. Competent interventions and professional advice in a sympathetic atmosphere were very valuable and helpful for my work.

It was and is an extremely productive co-creation with full professionals who not only support and accompany methodically, but also bring in an enormous amount of experience, content, sparring and perspectives.

We appreciate your facilitation style and especially the open and honest feedback. From our perspective, the whole group showed a great willingness to grow together and actively participate in the workshop. We also appreciate the flexibility to adapt the program to the reactions of the participants. Summa-summarum: thank you very much for this great workshop!

With Mr. Kaltenecker's support, I succeeded very well in stepping out of the operational activities, taking on a different perspective in order to recognize the essentials and possibilities for change and to successfully implement the substantial changes. My experience was that it was not easy to find the point where the lever is to be applied and that one takes one or the other detour in the process; but that everything becomes surprisingly simple when the right starting points are found. Through "Strengthening impact" it has been possible to increase the appreciation within the group. Many obstacles in the daily workflow were removed and the cooperation in the team was significantly improved. We were able to deepen the result during a follow-up, during which a control of the agreed measures was also carried out.

I perceived the coaching as pleasant, facilitating and very empowering. Being able to confide allowed for a lot of spontaneity and guided me in overcoming my insecurities. I see many things differently now, which made me realize what coaching can move!

Together with the company Loop Beratung we were able to develop solutions for everyday life in an unconventional way. By incorporating outdoor activities, daily problems were simulated. In the meantime, the progress in communication and cooperation is recognizable and sustainably observable for everyone. The days spent with Mr. Kaltenecker and Mrs. Eybl will be long remembered by all of us, especially because work has now become easier and more fun.

The Green Party of Vienna has often hired Mrs. Sabine Eybl as a moderator and trainer. The fact that we do this again and again shows how satisfied we are with her work.
